If you sent me a contact message and we never became client and client, I keep that message for about one year and then I delete it. If you become a client and I do a project for you, I keep your name, email, phone number, and project details for as long as we are actively working together, plus three years after our last project ends. I keep this information so I can help you if you have questions later, or if you want to hire me again. After three years, I delete your information unless I am required by Indian tax laws to keep it longer. If you ever want me to delete your information earlier than that, just email me and ask. I will delete everything I have about you within 30 days, unless the law says I cannot.

You have rights regarding your personal information. You have the right to ask me what information I have about you. You have the right to ask me to correct any information that is wrong. You have the right to ask me to delete your information entirely. You also have the right to ask me to stop using your information for any purpose. To exercise any of these rights, simply email me at keshrim121@gmail.com with your request. I will respond within 30 days. I do not charge any fee for this unless you make the same request over and over again in a way that becomes unreasonable.

My website is for business owners and adults. I do not knowingly collect any information from children under 18 years old. If you believe a child has given me their personal information, please contact me immediately and I will delete it.
